The Devil You Know is a thrill-packed urban fantasy MM paranormal romance with plenty of supernatural suspense, hurt/comfort, hot sex, found family, and dark magic and features an evolving, established romantic relationship with all the feels.

Sixth in series (Witchbane), must be read in order. Paranormal. Established couple. Found family. Dual POV. 

Right back into the action, Evan and Seth are already in the next witch disciple’s sights and in trouble. As they investigate and reach out to new allies, they are separated and have to rely on more than each other in order to save the day and each other. 

This story made me cry, as we get glimpses of what could have been if Seth hadn’t lost his family and it really brought forth the sadness and righteousness of Seth’s journey as a hunter. Evan has to confront his own past family troubles while trusting his brother to have his back, and also step up as the driving force in destroying the witch disciple while Seth isn’t around. I’m not a big fan of the main characters being apart for large portions of the story, but I enjoyed this story nonetheless and hope we see more of Evan’s brother as he and Seth continue their adventures. On to the next book!
