DEVIL IN ARMANI closes the Mafia Bound series from KM NEUHOLD. This is a mafia boss / mob boss pairing.
From the blurb:
Declan Fitzpatrick is supposed to be dead. But that’s only one of the reasons I'm surprised to find him on my doorstep, bloody and broken in the middle of the night.
The head of the Irish mob has been a thorn in my side for years now. Sending me gifts, calling me Kitten, flirting with me just to get under my skin. And that's before we even get into my professional grievances with him encroaching on Moretti territory, costing me money, and putting my entire organization at risk.
I should kill him, but I think we both know I won't.
I've been in control for so long and his offer to give me a break, even for a few minutes at a time, is too good to pass up. If I want to be his kitten, can I still be the feared Devil in Armani the rest of the time?
Someone tried to kill him, and I have a feeling I know who…
None of this is my problem, but I'm going to take care of it anyway, because once I've decided that someone is mine, I don’t change my mind. I'll kill for Declan, I'll burn the rest of the Fitzpatrick’s too if I have to. Where that will leave us in the end, I don’t know, but my claws are already out.
Molly Otto's review:
Its finally time to see Lorenzo and the mysterious boss of the Fitzpatrick’s get together. Declan has relentlessly flirted with Lorenzo over the years, and when he is need of help ot knowing who to go to his kitten for help. We have seen Lorenzo over the past books longing to be with the man even when he is too stubborn to say it, but when he thinks he lost him he cracks. The tension is palpable; their banter is top notch. Seriously adored how well these two played off one another. With Lorenzo submittance to Declan you just felt his tension finally release, making him a better boss. Declan just has that way of calming and infuriating him and making their inevitable coming together perfect. A fun way to finish an overall great series.
SNik's review:
Sixth in series (Mafia Bound), better if read in order. Adversarial to lovers. Close proximity. Light BDSM. Dual POV. Heed content warnings.

They are rival mob bosses, but there’s something that’s been simmering between Declan and Lorenzo for years. When Declan shows up at Lorenzo’s apartment injured, Lorenzo helps him stay hidden, but it may be a bigger problem staying away from Declan himself.
This was an entertaining glimpse into two powerful men in professional conflict but behind closed doors really connecting in private. I enjoyed the spice, the possessiveness and the competence of both characters, although it did seem like Declan held more power at times in the relationship. I wish we could have seen them get to know each other better outside of their intimate dynamics, but I appreciated every moment they were on page together because they seemed so in tune with each other. Somehow I knew Declan would make this work between them no matter what and this was a fun addition to an engaging series.
