#NSFWednesday this week is courtesy of Trisha Linde, who brings us this super hot excerpt from Runaway Wolf. This is the first in the Grim Wilds series, and if you're tempted by the excerpt then this book is available now, with number 3 coming very soon! Enjoy!
From the blurb:
The Grim Wilds Pack have always kept to themselves… until a runaway wolf wanders into their territory. Omega wolf shifter Brody is on the run for his life. Raised in a pack where omegas are seen as lesser-than, he’s treated like nothing more than a bargaining chip. He was sold by his pack to a cruel Alpha, claimed by force, but he refuses to just lie down and submit. When he sees the opportunity to run, he takes it. Now he’s being hunted. When he catches a scent of an unfamiliar pack, it triggers something inside him, something that echoes of safety, of comfort, of the home he’s always dreamed of… It smells like fate. With no other options left, he throws himself at the mercy of a stranger.
It’s Shan’s job, as the pack Alpha, to keep the peace, and he’s never questioned that. In the role of his father, and his father’s father before him, being Alpha often means making difficult decisions. When Brody shows up, though, it isn’t just difficult—it’s impossible. Pack law states that he needs to return the claimed omega to where he belongs, to the Alpha of a neighboring pack, but he can’t bring himself to do it. Everything inside him vibrates with one single truth. Brody belongs to him.
As the packs clash and tensions rise, it becomes clear that this runaway wolf brought trouble, and it just might start a war.
Runaway Wolf is the first book in the new Grim Wilds series by bestselling author Trisha Linde. It’s an m/m, mpreg, shifter romance series, wrapped in magic and lore. It features an alpha willing to stand up for what’s his, an omega that refuses to be a victim, old friends, new enemies, and a pack desperate for peace—but not at the cost of fate.

Excerpt:
I started with my tongue at the base, licking up to the tip, tracing the path of the pulsing vein along the underside, before collecting the bead of salty precum into my mouth. He was panting a little, which I thought was a positive sign. He certainly wasn’t telling me to stop. “How’s that?” I asked.
“It’s really good, baby. I promise, everything you’re doing feels incredible.”
But even with the praise, I frowned. I can do better than good, I told myself. Determination making me bolder, I gripped him in my fist, opened my mouth wide, and slipped him inside. His skin was so smooth and soft on my tongue, but it was more than a mouthful. It took me a few tries to get him most of the way in, spreading my saliva all the way down the shaft. I tried to relax my jaw, breathing through my nose. I stopped when he was nearly at the back of my throat, then swallowed.
Ahh, there was that gasp from him again, and as I worked him with my mouth, I heard more encouraging sounds, like groans and gritted curses. I could feel the way he was trying not to thrust up into my mouth, his muscles clenched. It made me feel powerful to reduce my alpha to speechlessness, and I began to quite enjoy the whole experience myself. My own cock throbbed with my pulse, slick dripping down my thighs, and I moaned around my mouthful.
Runaway Wolf is currently available as an e-book and paperback and can be read as part of your Kindle Unlimited Subscription
