Second in series (Us), but can be read as a standalone. Adversarial to lovers. Close proximity. Second chance. Dual POV. 

Thrown together as teenagers, Indigo and Nicholas aren’t friends, animosity drives most of their interactions, except that underneath there burns an attraction. Eventually they begin a relationship that feels like it could be forever until a secret destroys them. Six years later they meet again and staying apart becomes impossible. 

This story immediately gripped me and wouldn’t turn loose. The push and pull of Indy and Nick, their dreamy young romance, the heartwrenching separation and painful return to each other’s orbits made the long book go by quickly. Indy and Nick were both steamy and swoony together, the writing was so emotional when describing their all-encompassing love for each other. There were times where I worried that Nick wasn’t as invested, but that never developed and when he fully commits (both times) he gives Indy his all. They were young and in love and get a second chance at something special, with an HEA.
