From the blurb:
Spencer
I was minding my own business when I ran into the sexiest tattooed god I'd ever seen. I've seen a ton, considering I own Dragonfly Books, which just so happens to be located next to Ink Me. You get the picture. While trying to find myself after the death of my mother, Finn throws my world upside down. Will the makeup and lace be too much for him, or will he walk with me through my own journey of self-love?
Finn
Deciding to move from one side of the country to the other was the only way I could quiet the ghosts haunting my memories. It was a Hail Mary attempt to save my life. When Spencer, the sweet, sexy bookstore owner from next door, comes in and flips my world right side up, I'm thrown. How do I push through the grief that consumes me and let myself feel worthy of love? And how do I purchase stock in Manties?
Finn is book one in the Love in Ink series. It's an MM romance that is low angst, steamy with laughs, and a very dramatic cat. There is a brief depicted attempted assault, not between MCs. And no worries, someone gets what's coming to them.
Molly Otto's review:
Nick J Russo and Michael Dean are paired for this audiobook and love their play off each other. Nick brings his strength and vulnerability to Spencer showing his inner strength and snark perfectly. Michael Dean shows Finns fierce protectiveness and fierce loyalty in the strength of his narrations
narration. A perfect pairing for this beautiful series.
A beautiful start to the series of a book shop owner and his new neighbor at the tattoo parlor. Spencer & Finn are both moving on from loss in completely different ways and yet fall together so perfectly you feel their need for each other. I absolutely adored the dichotomy that is Spencer where when he feels comfortable he lets out both sides in a beautifully uniquely him way. Then you have sweet protective Finn who has been through so much with a horrible family yet still is open to allowing others in. A beautiful found family with so much potential for such beautiful things to come in the future.
Finn is currently available as an audiobook, e-book and paperback, and can be read as part of your Kindle Unlimited Subscription
