This book is heart stopping in the best of ways. Nate and Jace are everything.
From the blurb:
Nate
He's a monster they say.
Dangerous.
Exactly like his criminal father.
A ticking time bomb who doesn't understand right from wrong.
Too damaged to ever be like the rest of us.
None of this is what I see when I look at Jace. He's not only my stepbrother, he's my best friend. Whatever else is happening between us can't seem to slow down, no matter how much we need it to.
I look at him and I see love, safety and somewhere I belong. They can say all they want. They can keep trying to pull us apart. But even their best efforts will never stop me from running to him.
Thera Rhodes review:
This book almost unalived me while I was reading it. The way my heart was being ripped from my chest. I sobbed so much when they were separated. I hated it as much as they did. I couldn't stand it. But I kept reading and they get their well deserved HEA. Nate and Jace just belong together in every way. They really complete each other. This is going in my top books I've ever read.
