You know how readers describe characters as golden retrievers? Spencer is a complete golden retriever, in the BEST way!

I've wanted Spencer's story ever since his character first popped up in the first book in this series, and wow! It was worth the wait!! When I saw that Spencer was getting paired up with Ash and Ryder I was so excited! One reason was because I love when I come across poly relationships, and the other reason why I was excited about this pairing was because Spencer needs more than just one person to balance him out. So, Ryder and Ash are the perfect pairing for him!!

This book is my favorite in this series so far, the writing is exceptional, the characters are fabulous, and the dialogue is witty while also being snarky and full of sweetness. I loved reading this book in its entirety, the slow buildup of the feelings that developed between these men was written SO well!! There was so much nuance to all of the little things they all did together but poor, sweet, Spencer didn't have a clue that Ash and Ryder were trying to woo him.

I really enjoyed reading this book!! It was funny, heartfelt, witty, snarky, steamy, romantic, and just really enjoyable to read. I can also really relate to Spencer, the whole not wanting to be 'too much' for people and not knowing when someone is saying they care because they're being polite or because they actually mean it. I struggle with all of that alllll the time.

 
Overall, a really incredible book!!!
