Jurassic Measures by Davidson King

This story was previously apart of the Cretaceous Crushes anthology, and has now been re-released on its own.

From the blurb:

Jason McPherson loves his job and his life. There’s no drama, he has the love of his parents, and an assistant that gives him all the friendship he needs. Yeah, life is good…calm.

That is until Landry Astor storms into his tailor and design shop making demands and unknowingly steals Jason’s heart.

Landry isn’t all he seems to be and soon enough, Jason’s once quiet life turns upside down. It’s going to take some Jurassic measures to make sense out of everything…but that’s okay, because together, they’ll have forever to figure it out.

Jurassic Measures was part of the Cretaceous Crushes Charity Anthology which is now unpublished. This was my contribution to that anthology. Nothing has been added or changed from it’s original version.

Angel's review:

Landry and Jason's story is unconventional yet adorable! I liked how when they first met, Jason was so sure him and Landry would never work, only for fate to step in and say otherwise.

I thought the dinosaur element was incorporated and written well, I liked that Landry had an aura of mystery surrounding him and the dinosaur that inhabits his skin. I also adored Jason, he's just so cute. Even though he was freaking out over discovering what Landry is, he trusted his instincts and went back to the man who later became his everything.

A very cute short story with a dinosaur shifter!

Jurassic Measures is currently available as an e-book
