An exploration of kink and identity. Atlas is starting over in life by going back to the place he left after graduation. Know being more comfortable in their identity than they thought possible. When running into Miles, they cannot help but be drawn to the man he never really got to know. Miles the local in the closeted handyman must make the hard choices is a relationship worth upending his carefully planned life. The drawing of these two is so strong that despite the circumstances they do what is in their power to make the relationship work. No, it is not an easy union, but that is what makes it a beautiful read. With the help of Atlas and friends he learns how to accept his true self a be truly for the first time since losing his father. Lincoln does a beautiful job in kink exploration of these two learning what works best for their dynamic while allowing them to be open and honest with one another. I loved everything about their dynamic and it was yet another amazing addition to what is becoming my favorite combined series of the year. I love how unique each of these stories has been to fit the author yet fit the common thread of the high school reunion that brings the couples together. You can feel that the authors communicated with one another to make sure this felt right and yet uniquely their own works.

I am loving this collab world and meeting all of the characters as they reflect on their high school and intervening years, as well as delving into new relationships... And this installment gives us so much scope - a closeted character, genderfluidity, daddy/boy and other BDSM dynamics and so much more!
I loved the way this author explored their relationship and introduced complexity and depth to the characters as they got to know each other again... I also like the way our main characters integrate with others from the series to give little glimpses into shared situations.
I can't wait to see what more we get from this series!
