This is the complete series of Corio Heights. Found family. Dual POV. Heed content warnings. 

This series includes some slow burn, some not, lots of friends to lovers, some hurt/comfort, and plenty of steamy times. Each book can be read as a standalone but now in the box set you can read and enjoy them in order to get the full effect of this group of found family neighbors that support each other while falling in love. Every one of the couples in this series had likable characters, some hurdle to overcome, and were each swoony in their own way. Sweet reads.
