Fun at Randy's Diner is back with the latest Diner Days series release. Hitched at Randy's by A.E. Madsen is a fun, low angst "wake up married" book that will have you wishing for your own swoony drunk wedding.
From the blurb:
Waking up in Vegas with a hangover and a wedding band on your finger never ends well, but what if this time it does?
Evan
I bought the ring, rented the tux, and wrote my vows, but this isn't how I thought it was gonna go. My fiancée ran off, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I probably should've told my bestie that the two of us using the honeymoon tickets were a bad idea, but I've always had a hard time telling Cam no.
Cameron
The trip to Vegas was supposed to be a fun way to get Evan out of his funk. I didn't plan on the two of us getting so drunk we tied the knot. It's nothing a quickie divorce can't handle, but having Evan around again is making my house feel like a home. I've found friends in his absence, but what if he is the piece I was missing?
Love beyond the binary, serving up low angst trans romances at Randy's Diner.

Hitched at Randy's is a low angst MM (cis male/trans male) romance about friends who get married by mistake only to realize maybe it was the right move all along.
Molly Otto's review:
Another low angst read from the Diner Days series! Cam and Evan are best friends and when Evan's fiancee puts their wedding off, it has Evan feeling a certain type of way. In steps Cam, who goes with Evan to Vegas on what was supposed to be Evan's honeymoon. What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there as those two return home married. While "wake up married" tropes aren't usually my go-to I enjoyed how the author kept the angst low and stuck to the fun and quirky Randy's environment we've come to know and love. You could feel the chemistry between these two friends to lovers and by the end are rooting for them to stay together.
This series is one full of trans rep that really gets you in the good feels and this book was no exception.
Heather's Review:
Hitched at Randy's covers a multitude of low angst tropes - only one bed, drunken Vegas wedding/wake up married, best friends to lovers and of course, found family! I love that the impetus for this Vegas road trip was Evan being stood up by a runaway fiancée and that Cameron not only hops on a plane to comfort him, but also pines away himself.
I have been loving the entire series and this book was no exception - it was well written and so very sweet!
