MA Wardell takes on paranormal romance in the best way they know how. Jamie moved to work for Labyrinth Solutions and integrate with the monsters and live his best life, too bad he's stuck in the mailroom. When he gets a chance to move out of the mailroom he takes it and figures why not fake it til you make it motto is his best shot to fit in. Magnus the CEO of Labyrinth Solutions just wants to be seen not feared or revered but seen, when he lays eyes on the new junior stagiest instant chemistry. The chemistry is undeniable, the heat off the charts, the lies that could tear them apart hold them from being fully committed. What starts with strategy meetings turns to learning about one another and how they together could make their community strive. I appreciated that when the secret comes out it is handled maturely and with time and patience comes out as it should. Enjoyed how the author intertangled the humans and the monsters as they should be in the same world and are what doing what they can to make this possible.
