This dang series is just happiness and sunshine for me, even with the more angsty books it just has that effect. Cam & AJ is a low angst story in this universe of two best friends who go as fake boyfriends only to realize they mean more to each other than they ever thought possible. AJ is a golden retriever of positivity and goodness who happens to also be a successful quarterback in the NFL. Cam has been his agent from the get go and together they have a mutual trust and understanding of one another that only true best friends are able to achieve. They may take a bit to be on the same page but thats to fit their different personalities.
Such a fun addition to an already great series. As I can't help but keep saying loving the unity of these authors for sticking true to the main theme yet each making their book theirs.

This quick read givers us a fake boyfriends besties to lovers story that lets Cam reclaim some good high school memories and find love with someone he wouldn't have normally taken a chance on. AJ is just such a sunshiny character, so positive and willing to try anything... even having a sexual awakening that barely registers as moving the needle because he's so chill about it!
This book was a quick and fun read and a great addition to the multi-author series. It did have some focus on the reunion, although I saw less of the cameos from other books, but it certainly went beyond the reunion to show us a wonderful HEA
