A knitting massage therapist, a meddling cat, a neighbor trying to figure out what he wants, and lace panties and many hijinks is what you get with this book.
From the blurb:
Alex
Sometimes life is predictable. Mine certainly is, until I show up at the apartment of the girl I started dating, only to find another guy already there. When he informs me that he's her boyfriend I hightail it out of there. But when he becomes my new neighbor, I can't believe it. Getting to know him is making me realize just what a great guy he is. And even though I have always considered myself straight, there's something about him, or maybe several things, that have me second guessing myself, and wondering what it would be like to be more than friends with Bentley. I never expected to want him in a way I have never wanted another man before. But does he want me too? And can I risk the friendship we’ve built by telling him how I feel?
Sometimes life is predictable. And sometimes it's incredibly unexpected.

Thera Rhodes review:
I love a good sexual awakening. This one was great. Alex and Bentley were inevitable. They got super close, super fast. Neither of them having ever been with men and now they can't stop thinking about each other. However, they have to get over themselves and figure out how to communicate their feelings. It's a bit of a slow burn until it's not then it's steamy times ten. Also, can't forget the cat. She's a sassy thing LOL
