SNik's Review:

Standalone. Slow burn. Hurt/comfort. Single POV. 

Jude is going through the motions of living his carefully designed life, having a series of temporary jobs to pay his rent, only one night stands ever, and his few friends have been with him since before his life fell off the rails. 

When he meets Blake their brief interactions slowly build to a full blown friendship and Jude is confused because he doesn’t do friends or trust or feelings. Of course Blake wins Jude over, the initial attraction growing into affection, shared experiences, opening up about their pasts, and eventually some steamy interactions. 

This story is well written and compelling with witty dialogue, loyal secondary characters, and two characters that begin to love hard and deeply. Until You was an unexpected heart wrenching and emotional romance read, and I enjoyed every moment. Jude is a reluctant guarded man that meets someone that stays when pushed and gives Jude his heart wholly and completely, Blake is a romantic character all the way, from his initial attempts at friendship to his earnest redemption. 

A love story I highly recommend you read with a great HEA as the cherry on top.

The beginning of the novel starts with a bit of a cliffhanger, which was intriguing... and then the story fast forward a few years but with no answers for us on that cliffhanger. It then becomes a story between a friendship that develops between two guys - that in itself is beautifully written, witty and humorous   dialogue and all.  

I was soooo entranced by the story and seeing how the wall that Jude had starts coming apart... and then just when we've got it all figured out... oh boy, my heart was in my throat!!  

Brilliantly done - fantastic book!!!
