Two fighters in the same class need to learn to work together to be the best fighters. Ty & Lucas strong points in the ring are so opposite that they need the other to be ever better and one day have a chance to make it to the big time. Ty has to have complete control to feel grounded in and out of the ring. Luca has that sunshine disposition that people can't help but be drawn to. Well, expect Ty.
These two have perfect enemies to love animosity, which is fire, and when they let it happen, pure magic. You can tell the author did her research to understand the sport and make it believable.
Yes, it ends on a HFN, but it's not a cliffhanger. It just leads us to their next adventures in achieving their lifelong dreams. This was my first from this author and won't be my last.
