So, I have seen a lot of reviews, both reading and audio, by Lauren Blakey, and though I usually wouldn’t say I like to base my reasoning on other people’s opinions, I decided to give her a chance finally with Limited Edition Husband. That said, I prefer not to read the fake relationship trope, but hey, it was football, so why not?! Upon starting, it was easy to understand there was absolutely nothing “fake” about this relationship as a genuine connection happened throughout.

I instantly fell in love with Nate and Hunter! The flow of their relationship, even after being pushed, was organic and natural. Their dedication to one another was swoon-worthy, sacrificing for each other without hesitation. Not to mention their chemistry was fiery hot!! Also, the support of the side characters, minus Hunter’s father, added so much depth to the outcome. My only complaint would be the follow-through with the epilogue felt rushed. Besides that, great first read!
