From the blurb:
He left me.
Alec Sanborne abandoned me when I was nothing but a scared teenager. He deserted me in a house with a monster. Now, he’s prancing around NYU as a professor, pretending he’s normal.
But my step-brother is far from normal. I know all of his dirty little secrets, the ones he tries so carefully to hide. I plan to expose him, to strip everything away that he loves until he has nothing but me.
One look and I can see the love and desire in his eyes. He says he wants nothing to do with me, that I can’t be in his class. But how could I abandon the man I’ve fantasized about all these years?
Alec Sanborne is mine. My bloody valentine.
Be mine, Bloody Valentine is part of a multi-author collab. Ditch the hearts and flowers and step into the dark world of Corrupt Cupid. Each book can be read as a standalone, but why not grab each and every deranged romantic tale as you slip into a place where darkness rules? (HEA included)
SNik's Review:
Part of a multi-author series (Corrupt Cupid) but all are standalone stories. Heed content warnings. Stepbrothers. Dual POV.
Bailey is bent on revenge against the stepbrother who left him behind with a murderous and abusive father, he has watched Alec trying to live a normal life but Bailey knows the truth. Alec may pretend to be a regular guy, teaching psychology and having a boyfriend, but it’s all a cover for the horrors he commits in his basement, and he can’t let Bailey ruin all his hard work.
When they finally collide, there is a push and pull for power and control, underneath it all an obsession with each other they have had since they were kids manifests to steamy interactions and disturbing commonalities. Both Alec and Bailey are killers, enjoy it, and eventually share their need for blood with each other.
A bloody HEA for two committed psychopathic men that really only could be meant for each other.

Angel's Review:
Be Mine, Bloody Valentine by Skylar Snow is a dark and steamy novel about two men reconnecting and reuniting with each other. In a way no one saw coming.
I want to start by saying that this book was really well written. Despite it being on the shorter side it was really well done and fleshed out.. (wink, wink 😂)you'll understand the bad pun once you read this.
I rated it a 3.5 just cause it wasn't my cup of tea, I don't mind darker romance stories but this has a lot of blood and gore. And because the writing was so good those scenes in particular were very detailed. Also, blood play isn't my favorite topic to read about and that was also in this book too. These two men definitely work well together, they are bloody partners in crime.
I can't believe how messed up these men's parents are, they were seriously twisted.
Overall a really well written story, about two dark and twisted men admitting they are in love with each other.
