Standalone but set in the author’s NY Nights universe. Quick read. Dual POV. 

Ashton leads a busy life heading a charity foundation and being a single dad. Even though they are attracted to each other, news anchor Chase was unfortunately the journalist behind uncovering some corruption involving Ash’s father, so can there be forgiveness years later? 

Spending time together opens the door to stronger feelings, and the quick ramp up to the beginning of a relationship and a HEA. 

Nicely done short story with some flirting, some sweet romance and some steam.
