Turns out, my Disney Princess grew up to be a real Prince Charming.

It is that time to say goodbye to the Puckboys with the youngest Kiki brother finding his partner. Be ready for more cameos of the Queer Collective than you are prepared for, someone who worships Ezra and wants to be him in the future (yes this scares me as much as most) and two men who will do anything to be together. Sam & Lachie haven't connected since Lachie was called up to play more advanced level Hockey, so when they meet again so much and yet so little has changed. Their undying compassion for animals and understanding their connection can last against all odds. I was hoping the Kiki parents would have grown after what has happened with both Lachies older brothers, yet nope these are two people who seem so stuck in their ways you just have to deal and hope they stay out the couples earned happiness. Overall a enjoyable read and a fun send off to these Puckboys we have all grown to love throughout the series.

This book made me happy and sad at the same time!  I am excited that Lachie gets his HEA and we get to see all of the Puckboys living their best lives, but I'm sad that its the end of this chapter in the Sadenverse...  Fortunately, there is a sliver of hope for an eventual spin off and a reinvention of the Queer Collective.

But back to the story itself, I love that it centers around Lachie's love for animals and reconnecting with Sam... not that there aren't funny moments (because it's Saxon & Eden), but this really was a sweet and spicy send off!
