Michael Dean & Nick J Russo pair up once again for book 2 of the Love in Ink series. JAXON is a low angst small town age gap romance.
From the blurb:
Alex
My life is going fine. Okay, it was going fine until I found myself both homeless—my trusty car, Trixie, on her last leg—and in need of a fake fiancé. What I don't expect is for Jaxon, my long-time crush and the owner of Ink Me, to come swooping in like a knight in shining armor. Now my head and my heart are all confused, and it's starting to feel like my fantasy has a chance of becoming a reality.
Jaxon
Ink Me is finally running like a well-oiled machine, but when my best friend tells me I need a life outside of work, I scoff. Ink Me will always be my life. It's not until Alex runs into a bit of bad luck, and I feel this overwhelming need to help him, that I realize I could be making room in my life for other things. Soon, my priorities begin to shift, and I start to look past my own hangups and see the future I never knew I needed… with Alex.
Jaxon, book two in the Love in Ink series, is a low angst, steamy, MM Romance. Featuring a fake fiancé, age gap, meddling townsfolk, and a found family you will want to keep coming back for.
Molly Otto's review:
Micheal Deans brings a steadfast strength of Jaxon to life, while Nick J Russon brings the lighthearted yet serious air that is Alex. Together they put together a beautiful audiobook.
Alex is politely said walking bad luck. If something can go wrong it tends to happen to Alex and to no fault of his own, well most of the time, seriously dude please for everyone's safety remove yourself from the kitchen. He has had a crush on Jaxon for years but feels that Jaxon isn't ready for something. Jaxon has seen the beautiful man, yet his past makes him not want to trust the idea of being with a younger man once again. When Alex is need of a place to stay, Jaxon steps in and their chemistry is no longer easy to hide from both their friends and them. Both men have been through so much in their lives that it so surprise how well they connect once they allow themselves. Enjoyed the sweet low angst of this story and the found family aspect that runs deep in this town and in particular with these two core sets of friends.
Jaxon is currently available as an audiobook, e-book and paperback, and can be read as part of your Kindle Unlimited Subscription
