Let me just say this to you, the wait was well worth it!! This book will make you laugh, rage against the terrible side characters who hurt our MC's, and will have you falling in love with this amazing ensemble of characters.
From the blurb:
Ender Imorus here, to share a startling development in my very dead love life. My portion of this backwards story begins when I feel an odd urge. I thought about ignoring it, but what those blasted Fates want, they usually get, so why bother? Don’t suppose I could’ve guessed it would lead me right to Cyrus Grimm and Killian Neftlem, two people I should stay far away from. Mainly as I’d prefer to remain free and at large, instead of charged and imprisoned.
But meet, we did, and some dramatic things happened, which ended with those two wonderful, authoritative, law-abiding cryptids donating into the bank of Ender. After which...tada, pregnant! An accident, yes, but it's also my chance at a family again. And it is my chance, as they are mine! That Fate and Siren are acting like they want more, but I can see through it! Call me paranoid, but no one is taking my babies from me. I won’t let it happen, and I know they will try!
Does part of me want to drop my paranoia and let them in? Not really. I’m quite happy with my paranoia. I let it flourish, and it keeps me safe! But—and it’s a very small but—there’s a possibility that the two ain’t faking, and are my chance to start over. The question is, do I want it? Nah—paranoia all the way!
Okay...an itty-bitty part of my elderly butt wants all they’re offering, but what are the chances those two are being serious?!
AUTHOR NOTE: This is an MMM Mpreg Paranormal Romance book that ends on a cliffhanger, please see inside or my website for a full content warning.

Angel's review:
I've been so excited for this book to release ever since Shelby first announced it, Catching a Water Nymph is one of my favorite books that Shelby has written. So for them to continue that series with this?! I mean, of course it was going to be amazing!
I'll be honest this book started off a little slow for me, I know with Shelby's writing that she takes her time building up the world her characters exist in, as well as giving as in depth descriptions into each of the characters, which I really enjoy. Now, while at the beginning it did feel a bit like it was dragging, things picked up pace and after a couple chapters I was completely immersed into this beautiful paranormal world once more.
Ender, Killian, and Cyrus are a unique couple, they are all so different from each other but once they get out of their own ways, they end up making a really fantastic team. I liked how their relationship was slowly built, their connection happened gradually overtime which was the most fitting give their circumstances. I thought that was written well, and I thought the concept of Ender's pregnancy was unique and interesting too! (I'm not spoiling that for anyone!)
As much as I loved our three MC's, I also adore the side characters. Well, the good ones anyway. I loved seeing the characters from the first book again, a long with getting introduced to a whole cast of new ones. The harpy was hilarious and so sweet with how much he cares for his brother. And can we talk about Zenny?!? How cute is that kid?! He's absolutely precious and I really hope he'll be able to stay with his new found family.
If you're familiar with Shelby's work you'll know they very much enjoy leaving their readers in suspense. That being said, this book DOES leave off on a cliffhanger, you won't get all the answers yet nor will you see these characters have a happily ever after yet. I highly recommend that if you want to read this book to start with Catching a Water Nymph first, (the first book in this series), it'll help provide you with a better backstory of certain characters and make your reading experience more enjoyable.
