SNik's review:

Standalone short. Murder mystery. Not a romance. Mostly single POV.

Right from the start this story is gripping and intriguing. A former pastor stumbles across the murder of a member of his former congregation and we are swept along into the investigation by the detective in charge. Most of the story revolves around religious homophobia and the circumstances that lead to the murder that all stem from the lack of acceptance and hypocrisy. This was an entertaining quick read, with many of the main characters identifying as gay and an interesting plot that held depth that had experiences of many of the characters being sadly relatable.
