Nick J Russo, when the man does D/s, he nails it every dang time. He makes an already fire book, molten level heat. You can easily see whose POV you are in with each chapter.
Communication is the key to a healthy D/s relationship. Marshall and JT meet online and build the foundation of this dynamic before everyone actually sees each other. I truly believe that is why their dynamic is so powerful and long-lasting. When they do finally get their chance in person, yes, awkward at first but pure fire. It was fun to see Riley go back into this type of writing again. She shows us once again how diverse of a writer she truly is.
Their is a mmm scene included. For those who aren't into that dynamic, the communication of these men shows why this just helps further strengthen their relationship. Was happy to see both men stood strong for their partner when it would have been easier to listen to outside influences. A truly well done book.

The steamier, naughtier side of Riley Hart re-emerged in Mine and I was so there for it! Not only was there an age gap, father's best friend, but the book starts with an anonymous kinky text exchange and lots of green flag kink communication! The D/s relationship was amazing and the chemistry was off the charts!
I loved that despite being young, JT really understands what he wants from a relationship and goes after it, despite what obstacles are in his path. I also love the way the two men handle the outside adversity when it comes up.
This book blends kink, romance, communication and commitment into a soulfully satisfying HEA and if you can stand the heat, you'll truly love MINE!
