These two are explosive together and even though the book is short, there was soo much packed into those pages. It was steamy, emotional, and sweet.
From the Don’t Fall For A Dreamer blurb:
Jesse Aimes: Over a decade ago, my band broke up, my heart shattered, and my dreams along with it. I gave up on love, and playing music, and focused on managing bands like my latest, Wayward Lane. With their upcoming world tour comes a talented photographer hired to document every moment, and no one captures the essence of rockstars like Evert Jackson. His work is provocative and sensual, like the man himself. Is Evert a new dream within reach or am I setting myself up for another heartbreak?
Don’t Fall For A Dreamer is a MM romance and the third novella in the Wayward Lane Backstage rockstar romance universe. Rockstar manager & celebrity photographer, second chances in love and music, unexpected feels, HEA.
GreenwingReads review:
I've had my eye on Jesse since he first appeared in the Wayward Lane series. I found his past as a rockstar paired with his all-business all the time attitude intriguing and I wanted to know more. Evert's backstory was more surprising to me though because I honestly hadn't paid him much attention when he'd show up in another story. Both Jesse and Evert had dynamic histories that made them hesitant to love. But Evert gets under Jesse's skin in a way he can't ignore and despite having sworn to never love again, Evert can't help but be drawn to Jesse and keep trying to get a rise out of him.
These two are explosive together and even though the book is short, there was soo much packed into those pages. It was steamy, emotional, and sweet. I really loved that Jesse didn't try to ignore Evert's past with Zach and Evert didn't try to forget his late love. Instead, Jesse supported Evert in honoring Zach's memory and that made their story so much more impactful.
Ava is such a talented storyteller and any of her releases will always be an immediate read for me!
