#TeaserTuesday this week is Naughty & Nice by Freesia Woodley. 'Tis the season for Christmas stories, and this is part of the multi-author Merry Elf-Mas series featuring pet play, found family and lots of Christmas spirit. Once you've enjoyed the snippet, the book is available from November 26th.
From the blurb:
Welcome back to Frostdale, where you can live out your kinkiest fantasies.
Rolly Jolly is less than thrilled he was coaxed into playing a Mall Santa until he finds out who his elves are.
Angel and Damon are the sweet pets he met at a Halloween party, and he's been dreaming of them ever since.
But life in Frostdale is not a winter wonderland, and the puppy and kitten have struggled to make a new home there. What they need is a strong, loving master like Rolly who can show them that Christmas isn't just about making wishes come true, it's about finding the family you belong with.
It's about finding your forever home.
This book is part of the Merry Elf-Mas multi-author series. Each story can be read as a standalone, but why not come along for the ride as each of Santa's elves finds love during the holidays?
Trigger Warnings: Alcohol consumption, Abusive language by a family member, Drunken angst
Excerpt:
With the posturing now out of the way, we could get down to business. Uncrossing my arms, I propped my chin in my hand as I eyed the men in front of me. “So you wanted to talk?”
“We want to play.” Sunny bounced in his seat, and I couldn’t hold back a chuckle at his eagerness.
“I thought as much, pup.” I reached over and patted his head.
“Hey.” I pulled my hand back just in time to avoid being clawed by Pineapple. “No pets until we set some ground rules.”
Okay, I was done with this bossy bottom. If he wanted rules, I’d be happy to give them to him. “Fine.” I held a single finger up centimeters from his hooded nose. “Number one, I’m in charge. Which means…” Before he could react, I’d taken hold of his chin and locked our gazes. “All snotty kittens need to shut up and listen.”
Naughty & Nice will be available as an e-book from 26th November
