The conclusion of Franklin University season 2 ends with Emmett in a way that leaves you smiling. Twincerely Yours is a fun way to end to end this season.
From the blurb:
EMMETT
My twin brother and I have gotten ourselves into a lot of messes growing up. We would constantly switch places to escape consequences while protecting each other at every cost.
But sleeping with Ben’s professor is a whole new level of mess, because there’s something Jonah doesn’t know. He might have been Ben’s professor last semester, but the person he was lecturing wasn’t Ben. It was me.
JONAH
From the moment I meet Emmett, I know he looks familiar but I can’t pinpoint where from. It’s not until I see his twin brother in the quad that I put two and two together.
Dating the sibling of one of my ex-students isn’t a huge problem for me, but I can’t help thinking the twins are hiding something.
The more time I spend with Emmett, the more I fall for him, but as my insecurity grows, so does my worry that I’m being played.
When my heart and my gut tell me two different things, I don’t know which to trust. My gut tells me to cut and run, but my heart won’t let me. Even though I’ve been telling myself to hold back, it’s too late. I’m already in too deep.
Molly Otto's review:
It's time for Emmett, the other half of the Dalton Duo, to get his HEA. Emmy is such a beautiful soul who just digs himself in a deeper hole from his past mistakes. To the point that it's affecting all his relationships. Emmett & Jonah just work together to make the other better and be able to strive in their chosen friends. It was nice to see the consequences for their actions in this book to give you the closure you needed from that chapter of their lives. The bond of the Daltons is such a beautiful chaotic thing that I was very happy to see more from this crazy family. A great way to conclude Franklin University season 2.
Rogue's Review:
- Shared universe
- College
- Twins shenanigans
This is the 8th in the shared Franklin U 2 universe series, it can be read as a standalone although this one in particular is best read in tandem with the Saxon James story, A Stealthy Situation as the stories follow on from each other. The protagonist of this book, Emmett, is Bennet's twin brother from that story and the stories are intertwined. This is Emmett and Jonah's story, Jonah also appears previously and is a professor at Franklin U. Emmett and Jonah meet first in Jonah's class (unknown to Jonah) and then again at the hockey rink where Emmett is a coach and Jonah's nephew a student. I liked both Jonah and Emmett, as I felt bad for Emmett during Stealthy Situation and wanted to see him get his HEA.
This is really more about Emmett finding himself, he is so lost at the start of the story and I loved seeing him come into his own. It's also really the finale to Bennett and Emmett's story too, these two are co-dependent, yes but I'm glad we got a resolution to that too, as it really did feel unfinished. This is fun, hot in places and there's good chemistry between both men and I loved seeing them learn to communicate and work out how to be together. This was a great finale to the series.

Heather's Review:
Emmett is an interesting character, we met him in the first book of the new FU season as Bennet's twin brother and a math whiz who is lost after being forced to leave college after taking the fall for a prank gone wrong, and who has been posing as his twin brother...
This book focuses on Emmett's overall life goals with a romance subplot and while it's an engaging read for those of us who have followed the Sadenverse, I would have loved to see more steam and connection between Jonah and Emmett... that being said, this book is a must read in the FU universe and for anyone who follows the Dalton family in the Sadenverse (West and Asher make a cameo!)
