Well, if you are looking for a read that has a hard fought and more than hard earned HEA this is the book for you. Alek has gone his entire life without consequences for both his and his family's mistakes, and they come tearing out in the most brutal way possible.
I honestly don't know if I were Ian's place. I'd be able to move past the choices Alek made. But these choices are what show us as the reader how much better of a person he is. With time and intervention, the trust can be rebuilt. Alek must learn coping mechanisms to stop the spiral before the damage is too much.
An overall amazing read that will not soon be forgotten that shows the need for mental health awareness.
