When you go seeking redemption and find love instead... For those of us who loved Maggie and Sem's story, it was interesting to see the lengths that Max will go in understanding his brother and trying to bridge the divide he created with his homophobia...
This book builds slowly as the tension between Max and Beau ratchets up and they go from strangers to friends to fake boyfriends to ... in the space of just a few weeks. I adore the journey that Max goes on, the steps he takes to reconnect with Maggie and how that brings him closer to his own truth and of course, Beau....
The side characters were fun and I can't wait to see what happens with Matt's redemption story!
