The Blue Viper (The Lost Boys of Hell's Kitchen 5) by Bella Barnes

The Blue Viper is the 5th in The Lost Boys of Hell's Kitchen series.  A mafia book that has parts that are fun. Finn chases Dante until he can't help himself. He is set to be married when a night out changes his life.

From the blurb:

A monster set a trap, and I fell right in.

I’m the heir of the Brooklyn Mafia and I’ve always followed the rules of my family.
I made one mistake, and gave into my desires with a beautiful stranger.
Now he’s everywhere … and he won’t let me go.

Finn Callahan is an ex-con from the Irish Mob, and he’s telling me I have to do every depraved thing he wants, or he’ll tell my secret.
If the Mafia finds out I’m gay, I’m dead.
In two months, I’m supposed to marry the daughter of the Don of the Brooklyn Mafia. This is not only my duty to my family, but a vow I can’t break. My fiancĂ©e is counting on me to protect her from the monsters of our world.
Monsters like him.
When I run, he chases. When I fight, he fights harder.
No matter what I do, I can’t win.
Finn Callahan fights dirty and surrender is sweet.

Finn and Dante's story, The Blue Viper, is dual POV and a stand alone mm Mafia Romance in the Lost Boys of Hell's Kitchen Series. HEA and no cliffhangers. It can be read as a stand alone. For mature audiences only.

Reed Kaye's Review:

I enjoyed this cat and mouse story. Dante, heir of the Brooklyn Mafia, is getting closer to his wedding day when he goes to a boys out night and really gets in trouble.

Finn, celebrating getting out of prison, isn't expecting Dante to change his life.

I found the story about these two and their game of cat and mouse to be actually fun. Even with all the mafia parts these two are entertaining. Dante the introvert and Finn the can’t help always being in trouble guy makes for an opposites attract page turner. This is the first story I’ve read by this author. I hope to see more mm stories.
