The Wolf's Mate serial has come to an end with Bro and the Beast Book 5.
From the blurb:
It's about to get meta.
After the portal back to the world of The Wolf's Mate fast-forwarded Brad into the final days of his pregnancy, things are weirder than ever, and there's little time left for him and Raul to keep the infamous alpha Constantine from threatening their Happily Ever After.
When Constantine shows up offering a trade in exchange for a truce between their packs, he seeks the one thing Brad isn't willing to give up for peace: his twin brother, Devon.
With Raul and the rest of the pack more than willing to back him up, Brad is ready for the final countdown. He just isn't counting on Devon to be the one to introduce a plot twist that will change everything.

Author's Note: This is the fifth and final serial installment of an mpreg series following Brad, a quintessential frat bro and Raul, the brooding werewolf love interest he never asked for--and, in typical '80s alpha male hero fashion, is never gonna give him up. Prepare for hot shifters, snark and banter, gay awakening, found family dynamics, sassy (and intrusive) siblings, a villainous heroine, cliffhangers galore, and meta mayhem.
Jacquie's Review:
While I'm sad that Bro and the Beast is finished, I'm delighted that there is a spinoff in the works, so at least there should be glances of Brad, Raul, the babies, and the pack to come.
This wraps everything up nicely. There isn't a lot of action, but Brad is heavily pregnant at this point. I loved seeing the babies and how much Brad has grown as a character.
The serial is one that deserves a re-read in my opinion because I devoured each installment as soon as they hit my kindle!
Meta is such an apt description of the novellas. They poke fun at the genre and stereotypes and are so much fun.
