Wowsers! This one will certainly take you through an emotional wringer. We have 2 guys who are dealing with their own personal demons. When they meet, there is a spark... but Travis, oh Travis...  he does get a second chance and we're swept along with the new romance. (One is a famous football player and the other, the local sheriff)  

I couldn't put the book down. There's plenty of angst, awkwardness, stoic moments, and bittersweet moments. They both have issues that come out, but they finally have someone in their corner that helps them. Along with the romance and spice.... and then those endearing moments - they really got to me.  But it's well balanced out with some humor - that Thanksgiving is totally unforgettable!!! 

A powerful and emotional story - just simply brilliant!!
