Watching Jude (VOYEURISM SERIES Book 1) by Rebecca Louise

Jude suffers more than abuse because of his brother. He does everything he can until he is almost killed. When he runs into money problems he turns to internet streaming. He has a follower that becomes so much more. Mr. Smith and Jay-jay have a different relationship online and offline is really heartwarming. Love the secondary characters who add so much to the story in Watching Jude.

From the blurb:

Hoping to build my confidence and make some cash, I decide to start working on my best friend’s website. I love putting on a show and flaunting my ASSets. There’s nothing wrong with that, is there?

Jude Flynn -

After years of physical and emotional abuse from the woman who was supposed to protect me from all the bad in the world, my mother ended up being my worst nightmare, I don’t want anything bad to happen to her because if I leave then she will be alone with a mortgage and bills to pay for. After an awful dispute, I needed to make some cash and fast, so I can get the hell away from that house. That’s where my best friend Jamie became my Guardian Angel and offered me a job to work for him at Voyeurism Fans, an online adult only website.

Nate Smith -

From the very first moment I saw him, I was captivated. Slim toned body, shaggy brown hair and brown eyes that seemed like they knew all the secrets of the world. Piercings that were sexy as sin. I knew I wanted him. I just would have never guessed on how much he needed me to save him.

Watching Jude is the first book in the voyeurism series and is a MM Romance. Packed with dirty talk, and a boy in need of a loving dominant.
There is no cheating between the main characters and a well-deserved happy ending.

Please take heed of the trigger warnings.

Watching Jude has now been re-edited - this is version 3

Reedkaye's Review:

I don’t think its my job to check editing and such unless it is a total problem and in this case I didn’t find it so. Even some of the best authors have things that slip by now and then so my review is on the content of this story.

I found this intense. Jude has major problems with his mom to the point she almost kills him. Yet he stuck by her for his brother mostly. When he needs money, he turns to online streaming. Luckily, he has a follower that takes more than a little interest in him.

The path this relationship ends up taking is heartwarming. I enjoyed Mr. Smith and Jay-Jay’s interactions. I like the way Nate looks after Jude. I like the secondary characters. I appreciate that the author brought things together at the end even if not everything is answered.

I feel this is more a HFN story and wait for the next to see where that goes.
