The Court of the Hollow King is an MM romance series set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy universe, with omegaverse style dynamics—heats, soul bonding, big alphas and their feisty mates. There is no on-page mpreg but it exists in the world. Each book is a standalone romance, but the series has an overarching plot and is best read in order.

Demon's Captive Mate is a very intriguing story which grabbed my attention from the start. This story has angel/demon, fated- mates, size difference, Alpha/Omega (mpreg- but there's none of that in this story) tropes covered - in a futuristic/dystopian type setting.   

I just really enjoyed this story - author wove a fantastic tale that just caught my attention and I couldn't put the book down. There's drama, mid-angst, two MC's who are not acting/being the way they are supposed to be - outcasts even... and trying to be there for each other during times of conflict, political upheaval and war.  

Can't wait to see what's next !
