Cursed Night is a companion novella set in the world of the Cursed Hearts series, and is better enjoyed if read after Book 3, Vampire Heart. Inside you'll find your favorite magic couple, Caleb and Wade, a touch of steam, some banter, a little bit of violence and a whole lot of magic.

If you are fans of Wade and Caleb, then you need to read this treat. Best enjoyed after the trilogy to explain past events. Honestly, all the stories in this series are great, so they are worth a read.

Wade and Caleb just want to celebrate Valentine's day together but their past comes back to bite them. Since this relates to book 3, I do think having that background knowledge helps, though it is explained briefly.

There's a fair amount packed into this novella. Action, steam, a gooey ending, it had it all. I will advise that there are a couple of darker elements and forced public sex. I adored how the couple took charge of that and turned something that could have been a horrible experience into something good.

I loved being back with my faves, and oh my goodness! That ending! So good!

This also sets up the spinoff by introducing a side character and his cat.

I had not read the previous books and hence just fell right into the story. It started romantically, but it soon turned sideways. However, these guys have more skills, power and love on their side before they get out of their predicament.

I found I enjoyed the writing style, and it is well paced. I might not have gotten all the details of this universe with all the pnr creatures/ persons, but did well enjoy it.

Novella 3.6 in series (Cursed Hearts), must be read in order. Paranormal. Established couple. Dual POV. 

Caleb and Wade are planning to have a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner out but villains will intervene and they once again have to fight for their survival. 

A fun revisit to see Caleb and Wade a few years down the line, expanding their powers and still very much in love. 

This addition to the series was a fun and entertaining read.
