Oh, poor sweet Rudy. If anyone deserved a happy ever after it was him. He needed something (or someone) good in his life, and he finally got that someone. Or two someone's.
Gideon knew from the night he spent with Rudy, there was something special about him. He couldn't stop thinking about his one night stand, but he didn't know that man's name and had no idea where to look for him. Until he is asked to pickup Kath and Eric's nephew from a local coffee shop and discovers their nephew and his one night stand are one in the same.
Slowly but surely Gideon thawed Rudy's heart and earned his trust. Made Rudy want to stay and have a family with Gideon, being surrounded by his Auntie and his Uncle. And what happened on Christmas Eve just confirmed that Rudy and Gideon were meant to be together.
I really, really loved this story. It was so cute and sweet, a great holiday story with a bit of suspense intertwined. Great story!

Love at Frost Bite: Rudy is part of the multi-author series Mated to His Reindeer Romance. Freakin fantastic!
Gideon is an alpha/human that cannot shift. He missed out on that gene. Rudy an Omega had a one-night stand with a human. He ends up pregnant and goes home to his aunt. Rudy is surprised to see Gideon there in the small Alaskan town. Loved, loved, loved Gideon. He was caring and protective of Rudy. Rudy is a little jaded because of how he was raised with a junkie mom. If anyone needed someone to protect him and love him, it was Rudy.
Overall, a fantastic holiday story. Well written with pacing that hooked me.
