His Boss's Little Christmas is exactly as advertised - a sweet, low-angst Daddy romance with a sweet little and the daddy who works for him! Della Cain was able to create an adorable and plausible forced proximity situation for a little and the daddy of his dreams 3 years after they initially met, and while they have worked together for three years without acting on their feelings...
I really enjoyed this book and it was the perfect read after tackling a backlist book with lots of angst and drama for an upcoming review! If you're looking for a sweet holiday read with a younger daddy, adorable little who loves turtles, glitter and snuggles and a relationship that evolves from boss/employee to something much more than I recommend picking up His Boss's Little Christmas!
