In this fourth installment of the Built for You series, we meet Anton and Jaylen and see them help each other tear down walls that they built to hide themselves behind... This book is slower burn then previous Built books, with Syl acting as matchmaker and bringing the two men into each other's orbits... so we don't actually see them really interact with each other until nearer the middle of the book...
It took me a while to warm up to the book because of this, but once Jaylen and Anton were together and exploring their relationship I enjoyed it more.

Badly Built is the fourth book in the Built For You series. It can be read as a standalone, but I’d recommend reading them in order.
Anton is an ex-con and has a temper. I have mixed feelings about this story. I think I wanted to like it more than I did. Anton was a jerk, I struggled to like him. It wasn’t until the halfway point that I started to like him.
Jaylen is a hotel manager. I freakin adored Jaylen. He was a total sweetheart. They were total opposites. I did like how Anton supported Jaylen. I guess I felt I was missing the connection between them in the beginning.
Overall, a good story.
