A chance meeting with an enthusiastic boy willing to spend a steamy vacation training an ex-soldier to be a Daddy. If they can fall in love in Austria can Kasper and Jude's love work long term back in England?
SNik's Review:
Crazy Little Thing Cold Love is part of a multi-author series (Destination Daddies, Season 2) but all are standalone stories. Hurt/comfort. Age gap. Daddy/boy. Dual POV.
Ex-soldier Jude is usually a one and done kind of guy, but envying the love and happiness his best friend has found being a Daddy, Jude books a vacation geared towards Daddy and boys, even though he is no Daddy. Kasper unexpectedly wins a trip to Austria for a Daddy/boy event and ends up flirting with Jude and glimpsing some of Jude’s Daddy tendencies, so why not teach Jude about taking care of a boy, specifically Kasper. With only a short time together feelings develop fast, but Kasper and Jude want to make a relationship work back home even though Jude’s PTSD usually is too much to handle for a partner.
Both Kasper and Jude are sweet, caring, supportive and willing to explore and sacrifice in order to try for a relationship. Steamy interactions and learning how to be your best person with a loving partner is the foundation of this story and has a wonderful HEA, realistically stating that love helps heal but doesn’t mean that there aren’t always going to be stumbles along the way. Fun cameos of Jayden and Ben from the author’s book His Boy To Cherish.

Nicole's Review:
I am so glad Jude got his story!!!! Kasper is the perfect boy for this lovable giant of a man hunk.
With an awkward first impression, these two have such a fluffy like into lust that is so heartwarming. Not every meet cute has to be love or lust at first sight! We met Jude in His Boy to Cherish from the Naughty or Nice series. He does not think of himself as a daddy, but has come to realize he wants a loving relationship like his best friend Ben found. I loved how Kasper allowed Jude to explore the Daddy/Boy dynamic naturally during their initial scene, and was glad that Colette introduced his PTSD verbally first without a trigger event.
I also really appreciated that there wasn't a magic transformation, instead they made their relationship work with accommodations for Jude's needs. I loved their HEA, and I hope to maybe see Barney's story in the future. I love a silver fox daddy!

Heather's Review:
I'm so happy that Jude is getting his HEA! As Ben's best friend in His To Cherish, I was really hoping he'd get a story of his own and Crazy Little Thing Cold Love is it!
I love that he got paired with Kasper - a boy who is willing to be both empathetic and supportive of his daddy... even when Jude's PTSD is strong... I also love that Kasper's unique abilities and chosen career are a fit for doing just that...
As always, Colette Davison gives us a well balanced story with sweet, steam, snark and kink all layered into flawed, but likeable characters who grow into each other as the story progresses. Of course, she now needs to write a HEA for Kasper's best friend, who desperately needs a daddy to love... maybe the next season of Cuff'd holiday stories?
