I feel like I need a brand new dictionary with every book this author writes and shares with us. They come from the heart of a person who loves and believes in polyamory so the representation of it on page, hits straight into the heart of the reader!

"Knock, knock, let me in, because you will be missing out, on seeing what Polyamorous relationships truly are". Even if you are someone who doesn't usually go for that kind of books, this one could be the turning point. I loved every single step of the build up from one to two relationships that clicked together. It happened so naturally, that the flow of the story was light and easy. The four characters were open minded so the transition from Us, two, to Us, four, was seamlessly perfect.
What makes the book truly captivating and standing out than the typical polyam romance, are the different dynamics between the two couples and the way their bonds snapped into place or evolved. The neurodivergency representation was also handled with care and embedded into the heart of the story in such a beautiful way, showing and reinforcing the fact that being different doesn't make a person less!
What we have here, described on page is Fire and Ice that fit together impressively well. Jake and Allen's fast burn, high spice relationship bloomed and developed exactly like a wildfire while Riley and Kingston were their opposite. But the Fire helped the Ice, leaving at the end, four men deeply and genuinely emotionally and physically tangled together, building a life not even one of them ever imagined.
This is exactly the kind of polyam stories I treasure and love. They show four distinct character voices that before and after connecting remain distinguishable and bringing into the relationship their own authenticity.
The humor, the banter, the kink were a Bonus to one already perfect dish of flavors!
