The Scarlet Hotel is back in business. We start with ROOM 405 in this enemies ish to loved mpreg romance.
From the blurb:
Behind closed doors at The Scarlet Hotel, anything can happen... even a change of heart.
All Liam has ever wanted is to open the café and bakery of his dreams. If only it hadn't taken the inheritance after his grandfather died to give him the money to finally be able to afford it. Uprooting his whole life, he moves to the city to jump in with both feet. He assumes he'll be taken seriously—as a man, an omega, and a business owner. But when he finds himself butting heads with an employee from the café down the street, he's not afraid of a little friendly competition—or to play dirty, if that's what it takes.
Alpha Jared has been working at Crave for years, ever since his boss took him under his wing. He gave him a place to belong, a family, and when he sees the café moving in down the block, he worries that it might put his boss's business at risk. He tells himself it is with the best of intentions that he finds himself locked in a battle of underhanded pranks—and it certainly doesn't have anything to do with the fact that he can't seem to stay away from the bakery's sexy owner.
The Scarlet Hotel returns with ROOM 405, a standalone romance in the popular m/m mpreg romance series from bestselling author Trisha Linde. Each book features a new couple and begins and ends in a different room at The Scarlet Hotel. Room 405 revolves around an omega who is excited for their future, even if it isn't quite what they planned, an alpha who doesn't know a good thing when a prank explodes in his face, a rivals-turned-lovers romance, an adorable baby, and an inevitable happily ever after.
Molly Otto's review:
Welcome back to the Scarlet Hotel! Liam is a sweet omega who moves to town to open an all new bakery in the hope of achieving his dreams. Jared, an alpha, works at the other bakery in the area and sees him as the competition. This starts an all-out prank war that eventually turns to something more. This one is on the lower angst side of the series. When these two take their heads out of their bums and allow their true emotions to show its a beautiful thing to witness. Was a pleasure to see our favorite staff and the in the prologue and epilogue as it's predecessors, if you're like me makes you wonder whose next of the staff to find their match?
ROOM 405 is currently available as an e-book and paperback and can be read as part of your Kindle Unlimited Subscription
