Another fantastic heart pumping addition into the elusive mystery that's surrounding the Hunter family.
From the Full Color blurb:
Quin Hunter likes the quiet life. He runs his gallery, forges famous art, and operates a fence where black market buyers get fakes and the real pieces get returned to their rightful owners. Nice and simple. He doesn’t do field work. But a call from his twin thrusts him into the action, and now he and his brothers are racing the clock to steal a painting from someone who never should have had it in the first place.
Dimitri Crysanthos is no stranger to mistakes. All he wanted to do was make life easier for his sister. Instead, he ended up making everything harder for both of them. With his life and his sister’s hanging in the balance, he has no choice but to do whatever one of the most ruthless men in Amsterdam tells him to do. All Dimitri wants is to stay alive…until a stranger changes everything. Now Dimitri craves something terrifying, something that will put him and his sister in even more danger—his freedom.
The stakes of the heist have changed, and Quin refuses to quit until Dimitri is safe for good. Can the ORCA team get the art and Quin’s fated mate out of Amsterdam, or are the odds too stacked against them?
Full Color is book three in the Organization for the Return of Criminals and Assets (ORCA) series, featuring an orca shifter art forger who isn’t keen on field work, a chameleon shifter with a lucrative secret talent, and a heist where the target is far more valuable than a stolen painting!
Angel's review:
I've been curious about Dimitri ever since he got mentioned in the previous book, there was a lot of questions marks surrounding his character and we got the answers to those questions in this addition. Dimitri is a chameleon shifter who's being held hostage by a despicable man, the only reason he hasn't tried to escape is because of his sister. He needs to protect her, but he doesn't know how to save either of them. Until the man that he's been drawing appears like magic and helps him escape his prison, and saves his sister too.
The Hunter brother that I've been the most curious about was Quin, so when I saw he was getting his own story I was so excited! This series has been fantastic and I think this book really added to it, Quin and Dimitri's characters were both fantastic and their relationship was so sweet and pure.
I loved the creativity that Vinni had when it came to writing about Dimitri's character, specifically regarding him being a chameleon shifter, and what all he can do because of him being one. I found his character to be so interesting to read about and I am so happy that him and Quin were able to find their happy ever after with each other.
My only critique, and this is a minor one, is I wish that we got more scenes of Quin painting or his process of creating the art he forges. In the previous books it was always mentioned that he was off creating replicas, but yet, in his own story there weren't scenes of him doing those things. It was mentioned, but not further elaborated on. But again, that's a very minor critique.
If you don't know, this series has an overarching plotline, which means each book leaves off on minor cliffhangers. Each story picks up where the previous one left off further continuing the plot, we also discover more clues with each additional story about who is after the Hunter family. I wouldn't recommend reading this as a standalone, this book and this series would be better enjoyed by reading the series as a while rather than trying to start halfway through.
I highly recommend reading this series, it just keeps getting better and better the more the series goes on, and the Hunter family is getting closer to discovering who the culprit behind the attacks are!

If you've been following the series, then you are aware of the overarching plotline that these ORCA shifters have found themselves embroiled in. Nero and Cal have already stepped up to the plate with their participation in figuring out the mystery of who is after Felix and the elusive Evolution of Man painting. The next step in the plan is for someone to infiltrate a very selective art show and that leaves Cal's twin Quin as the man for the job.
I was nervous for Quin when this book began. He isn't used to being in the field and he's an artist at heart. I was worried something terrible would end up happening to him. Or even to his mate, once Quin finally met him. Thankfully, being sent into the lion's den was exactly what led Quin to finding the man fated for him and to start them on the road to their happily ever after.
I was doubly nervous for Dimitri when it was discovered that his situation working with the dangerous art collector was less than voluntary. I was on pins and needles waiting for him to be rescued and freed of that prison. A lot of things had to go right for everything to fall into place. Not everything did. There was some hiccups along the way with their planning, but never between Quin and Dimitri. I liked that they were both just thankful to have found the person fated to be theirs. There was no fighting the bond or pushing each other away. Both men jumped right into their mating with wide open arms.
There is only one more brother left, and his will be the last book in the series. Julius is the baby of the family, so it makes sense that he would be the last to find his mate. We are given a tiny glimpse into the man fate has picked for him, but nothing concrete. We also still have no idea who is behind all the stress this family has been dealing with. It seems it will come down to Julius tagging into the field for us to finally get answers once and for all.
