First of all, TOM COLLINS IS A BADASS MOTHERF*CKER! He had so many good scenes in this one. Tom may be an asshole, but he's a lovable one. And he's always there for a pep talk whether you want to hear it or not. No matter what he says, I know he loves the crazy trio just as much as they love him.
Speaking of the crazy trio, we've finally made it to the end of the road. It's been quite the wacky adventure with Zee, Adam, and Victor, but at some point, they all knew it would all come down to this. Whether the prophecy is true or not, Adam is the only one strong enough to take down Gideon Cain. So of course, it's the worst time ever for Adam to be fully human after Gideon stole his magic.

I'm not going to go into detail any further. This series is best read blind because then you get to enjoy the wild and crazy firsthand. I'm honestly devastated it's over. I could read about these idiots forever and never be bored. It's impossible since no matter what, one of them is always sticking their nose into trouble. Usually, that someone is Adam or Zee, but Vampire Daddy isn't innocent either. He's also pretty scary hot when he wants to be. I fanned myself along with Adam a couple of times while reading this one.
Though I am sad this is the last book, I have to give it to Nash. She gave these 3 a hell of a sendoff with their final showdown. I will miss this series and its quirky cast of characters, but I am appeased knowing I get to experience it all over again in audio soon! Great ending to an amazing series!!
