If you ever want to read an emotionally charged second chance novel....this one is for you !! This book isn't a looking for love type of story...... it's already there. This is about an established couple who have lost their "coupleness" and the journey they take to learn about themselves and each other - but there's no cheating involved (Brandon is too grumpy for that !!!). You'll certainly go through all the emotions with this one .... I really did feel that breaking ....it was like watching a train wreck happening in slow motion!!! 

Yes, this book is angsty and dramatic and emotional but it's also witty and funny and loving... and filled with friends / found family characters that are perfect in their oddly idiosyncratic way. Truly an amazing debut novel and can't wait for the authors next book !!
