From the blurb:

♥ Gay Rom-Com
♥ Opposites Attract
♥ MM Series

Flower deliveryman and aspiring novelist Matthew Darcy never expected to become the object of
anyone’s affection, let alone attract the attention of someone like billionaire Calvin Croft. In fact, two men couldn’t live more different lives than Matt and Cal. But romance has a magical way of making opposites attract.

Matthew Darcy is a romance writer in a rut. He’s been stuck on Chapter One of his new book for as long as he can remember, and so has his love life. But when his on-the-side job as a flower delivery guy puts him in the right place at the right time to save the life of billionaire banker Calvin Croft, Matt’s life takes an unexpected detour toward romance.

With billions to his name, Cal Croft has everything… except someone to love. But is Cal’s paparazzi-pursued life something that Matt is willing to take a chance on? Can a struggling romance writer who delivers flowers for a living possibly have anything in common with a handsome billionaire with his own Learjet? And could the secret that Cal’s keeping tear these two lovers apart—just when their romance begins to blossom?

The Billionaire's Boyfriend is the first in a series of gay romantic-comedies titled My Billionaire. It is a 50k-word laugh-out-loud story with a HEA ending and no cliffhangers. Expect to be swept off your feet with a fairytale romance, two lead characters who are destined to be together, and a zany cast of support characters to keep you smiling.

SNik's Review:

First in series (My Billionaire). Instalove. Found family. Quick read. Single POV.

Delivering flowers is supposed to be his side gig as Matt wants to be the writer of the swooniest romance novels, even though he’s never experienced love himself.

When he crashes his bicycle into Cal to save him from being run over by a garbage truck, both men are swept up into an instantaneous attraction.

Cal has no problem accepting Matt’s found family of hilarious and unusual neighbors, and Matt realizes that there’s much more to Cal than just his billionaire bank account status.

Cal and Matt fall for each other quickly, and as this is a quick read the speed of the build up and romance is understandable.

This is a solid laugh out loud story, with some fantastic supportive secondary characters that are always trying to be  helpful and sometimes failing.

There is a solid HFN as the series continues for Cal and Matt continuing as the main characters.

Rating: 4 Stars
