Daddy stories are not usually my kind of thing, but I really enjoyed this. I picked it up as I love KM Neuhold and I knew there was no age play (just really not my thing at all). This is actually more a best friends to lovers story, where it just happens to have a daddy element. These two have been best friends for years, going so far as to share an apartment, to the point they're almost co-dependent. It's almost as if they've been in a relationship for years without realizing it.
It was sweet in places. I loved how supportive they both are of each other, and even without the relationship, you could see how much Saxon looked after Felix, and how much he needed that. When Felix eventually finds Saxon's Daddy Cam channel, well then it all kicks off, and it's still sweet but utter filth too. I'm here for it. They each give the other exactly what they need and it's just a total perfect fit. I loved this book even though daddy-dom isn't usually my thing.

Standalone. Best friends to lovers. Roommates/close proximity. Daddy/boy. Slow burn. Dual POV.
It’s been thirteen years since Felix and Saxon first met. Being best friends and roommates over the years means everything, so Felix has always kept his crush under wraps. Saxon doesn’t believe that romantic relationships work, and what he has with Felix meets almost all his needs. His Daddy cam business on the side stands in for not having a real boy to take care of. But when Felix discovers Saxon’s cam channel and gets caught with his pants down, can it be the final push Saxon needs to dive all the way into the Daddy relationship he already has with Felix, including all the spankings and intimacy both men have been craving?
The pining from Felix and the caring from Saxon was sweet and I would have loved to see them get together much faster. Felix and Saxon’s close friendship is clear, and it is easy to see how they can easily cross the line to a more romantic relationship.
A strong friendship, some steamy scenes, and a fun HEA.

After reading the short story in the Dirty Daddies anthology, I was happy to see that these characters got a full novel to tell their tale... but honestly the 13 years of pining was a lot.... if you suspended that disbelief, you got a sweet and fairly low angst friends to lovers Daddy/boy story that got more and more satisfying as time went on.
I liked that both men were in a place to change things outside of their relationship and that the evolution of their relationship went with that.
