Matt and Jax have been friends since the start of college, baseball teammates, they are close friends spending almost all their time together either training or hanging out. One kiss at a party throws Matt for a loop, he has never been interested in guys but now he feels an attraction to his gay best friend that he wants to explore. Jax accepts that Matt may now be bisexual, but doesn’t want to jeopardize their friendship, however, having Matt in all the intimate ways is a dream come true for Jax. This story has plenty of steam, two best friends that really love each other as they find themselves moving into a romantic relationship with the plan that there is no real future where they can be together other than friends. There is a supportive cast of secondary characters which is nice, and plenty of cameos from precious characters in the series. Matt and Jax make friendship and falling in love seem so easy, and their comfort and support of each other is the stuff a true lasting relationship is built upon as they get their HEA.

Willow Dixon gives us a sweet, steamy best friends story that keeps the best friend vibe going strong as Jax and Matt start to explore their romantic relationship... their angst develops from being young and wanting what they think they can't have...
Well paced and written in such a way that you feel like you're truly a fly on the wall, it's a realistic friends to lovers story that will tug at your heart and keep you invested as both me not only learn to express their obvious love for each other, but also grow and learn about who they want to be as people beyond their college hockey careers...

What can I say about myself? It’s kind of like being the new kid in school and being asked to tell everyone a bit about yourself. Anyone else forget everything they’ve ever liked, thought of, and even their name in those moments?
A few facts about me; I’m a veteran, I’m Canadian, and I love books! I’ve been writing my own stories since I was eight and wrote my first novel at sixteen. I’m the first to admit those attempts weren’t my best work, but they started me on a journey of creating stories that has led me to fulfilling my dream of becoming an author. I’ve written and published in several genres under different names, but MM is by far my favorite, and I’m so happy to be able to share my stories with people today.
I currently live on Canada’s east coast with my kiddo and my cats. I have a shoe collecting addiction, and I enjoy taking long walks, discussions with friends, and reading anything and everything I can get my hands on.
