Kindle by Elouise East (Illuminate Matchmaking Book 3)

The Illuminate Matchmaking series has focused on one train from London to Edinburgh, each couple meeting for the first time... but Kindle is the first time that one of them doesn't know he's there to meet a date....

From the blurb:

First appearances are crucial…

Striking out with his own therapy business is Marcus’s dream. Getting clients to take a chance on him, however, is not as easy. So when his sister gives him a ticket to meet a prospective new client on a train to Edinburgh, he accepts. But when he finds out his "client" is actually supposed to be his date, he has to pivot - fast.

Levi's dream is to stay at home and hibernate. He doesn't need to leave home to make money - being a voice actor gives him that. But he wants to share his life with someone, and to do that, he needs to find them. Not so easy. He signs up to Illuminate Matchmaking, hoping they'll take the anxiety out of meeting someone new.

It’s a shame his date doesn't want to be there…

A mistaken identity, MM matchmaking novella.

Heather's Review:

Not knowing that you've been set up on a blind date means you're probably going to stumble at the gate... and that's exactly what Marcus does... but he recovers well and Kindle is a sweet romance that follows the men through Edinburgh and once they get home and try to date outside the bubble of the train...

It's a sweet novella with just a hint of angst and two characters who fit together well.  If you're looking for a quick and light read to lose yourself in for an afternoon, I recommend picking up Kindle.  While it's the third book in the series, it can easily be read standalone without any issues, as the story focuses on this single couple and they don't interact with others in the series.
