A Little Christmas: Danny (A Little Christmas) by Sue Brown

When a Daddy discovers a boy in need, can he turn away from his protective nature or risk everything to help? Danny is abused by his uncle and many men have said they would help, but when Romeo steps in, Danny has to decide if he's willing to give up everything to be with his new Daddy.

A Daddy has a choice: power and influence or the love of a sweet boy. Which does he choose? Could he have both?

Finally! Daddy Romeo is thrilled to receive his invitation to the Christmas Ball at Little Heart Manor. It isn’t just any Christmas Ball. It is an entrĂ©e to an exclusive Daddy/boy club and now the invite is in his hands. Now he’s someone and the invitation proves it.

Danny dreads this time of year. Christmas reminds him of everything he lost three years ago. He’ll spend the festive season being ill-treated by all the members of the club. Once he had been the premier little of the club, but now he’s no one and the bruises prove it.

Daddy Romeo discovers all is not what it seems beneath the sparkling surface of the club when he meets sweet Danny, who wears his pain beneath his smile. And Danny sees a way out of the club for the first time in years when he meets the gentle Daddy with the kind eyes.

Will they have to sacrifice their deepest desire to be together?

This is an MM Daddy/Little Christmas twist on the Little Princess Classic. Each age play romance book can be read as a standalone.

SNik's Review:

Part of a multi-author series (A Little Christmas!) but all are standalone stories. Daddy/boy. Slow burn. Quick read. Dual POV.

Romeo finally gets the coveted invitation to the elite Daddy/boy ball, where he can network with other billionaires and maybe find a little to make his own. But when Romeo meets Danny, a servant in the mansion, he discovers there are reasons why Danny is mistreated and it brings out all of Romeo’s protective instincts. Romeo has to be willing to risk everything for Danny and convince Danny to do the same.

Romeo is caring and becomes quickly invested in Danny’s welfare, and Danny welcomes the comfort Romeo provides as Danny struggles to maintain his place in the only home he has ever known.

A sweet story with a little danger and a couple that is fast to commit to a possibility of being with someone that cares.

Heather's Review:

What happens when a Cinderfella is trapped by his own uncle - forced to toil endlessly, tormented and beaten for his troubles - but sure there is a will that gives him the right to his home and the rest of his father's estate...  and he's a little...

Well, one Christmas he finally meets a Daddy who is willing to go out on a limb and risk himself for a boy he felt an instant connection to... and thus we get the story of Romeo and Danny as part of the A Little Christmas multi-author series...

I wanted to love this more, but the relationship got lost in some of the extra details of the circumstances and I just wanted to see interactions and actually see Danny as a little...
