Janet's Review:

Old Dogs and New Tricks is a sweet age-gap romance featuring a stylist, a lawyer and dogs! Friends to lovers.

I got this from the author as an ARC, loved it so much that I bought the kindle version. I loved the pet rescue within the story line. Nolan is a stylist and is in need of a lawyer. Harrison’s son is friends with Nolan and volunteered to help Nolan and his friend/roommate out. As the two get to know one another, sparks fly. They become friends first, which I really loved! This was my first time reading this author. I’d definitely be looking for more by them! The story was well written with a group of fantastic secondary characters. Overall, the story was really good, kept me glued to the pages! It’s really well written, the pacing flowed smoothly! Highly recommend!

Heather's Review:

Old Dogs and New Tricks was my first book by Argentina Ryder and I really enjoyed getting to know Harrison and Nolan!  I appreciated the chemistry, the age gap and the sprinkling of angst, especially from Harrison.  There were a few places where I shook my head, but all in all it was a cute read with fun flirting, good heat and of course puppies!
